منصور بن اسماعيل الفقيه ? - ٣٠٦ هـ / ? - ٩١٨ م منصور بن إسماعيل الفقيه. شاعر وفقيه شافعي، ضرير، أصله من رأس العين (بالجزيرة) سافر إلى بغداد في شبابه، ومدح بها الخليفة والمعتز ثم سكن مصر وتوفي بها. وكان خبيث اللسان في الهجو، ونقل عنه كلام في الدين، وشهد عليه بذلك شاهد، فقال القاضي (أبو عبيد) إن شهد عليه ثان ضربت عنقه. فاستولى عليه الخوف ومات. له كتب منها: (الواجب) ، (المستعمل) ، (والهداية) في الفقه، (وزاد المسافر) .
