    مَقّاس العائِذي ? - ? هـ / ? - ? م مسهر بن النعمان بن عمرو بن ربيعة بن تيم بن الحارث العائذي أبو جلدة. شاعر، من بني خزيمة بن لؤي، من قريش، عرف بمقاس (بتشديد القاف) لقول رجل فيه: يمقس الشعر كيف شاء، أي يقوله. والعائذي نسبة إلى عائذة بنت الخمس ابن قحافة بن خنعم وهي أم جدة (الحارث) نسب إليها بنوه.
