محمد عجينه ١٢٧٥ - ١٣٣٥ هـ / ١٨٥٨ - ١٩١٦ م الحاج محمد بن محمد صالح بن عبيد بن عبد الرضا بن جواد بن صالح الشهير بأبي عجينة والملقب بالهمداني النجفي. أديب وجيه، وناظم مقبول. ولد في النجف من أسرة عريقة، ونشأ بها على أبيه، كان أبوه يعمل بالتجارة فتنقل معه بيت نجد والحجاز والعراق، واستقر في جبل حايل من نجد. لقب بالهمداني لتمثله بالأبيات المنسوبة إلى الإمام علي في قبيلة همدان: دعوت فلباني من القوم عصبة فوارس من همدان غير لئام قتل غيلة في منطقة ناحية العباسيات في ضيعة له. له شعر جيد.
