محمد سعيد المسلماوي ١٣٠٩ - ١٣٥٠ هـ / ١٨٩١ - ١٩٣١ م محمد سعيد بن عباس المسلماوي. شاعر أديب، وفاضل أريب. ولد في النجف، ونشأ بها، وكان صاحب فضل وأدب، حسن السيرة مرح الروح، تطلع إلى الأندية والمجالس فاتصل بأصدقاء له من ذوي الفضل والعلم وراح يساجلهم ويثير النقد على ما يلقى فيها من الشعر. سافر إلى البصرة فاتصل بأعلام آل المظفر، وعين مدرساً في مدرسة ناحية المدينة التابعة إلى قضاء القورنة، وبقي فيها سنوات حتى أصابته الحمى اللازمة فأخذه صديقه الشيخ حسن البهبهاني إلى النجف حيث توفي هناك.
