عوف بن عطية بن الخرع ? - ? هـ / ? - ? م عوف بن عطية بن عمرو الملقب بالخرع بن عيسى بن وديعة التيمي المضري. شاعر جاهلي فحل من تيم الرباب من مضر، أدرك الإسلام، وعدّه ابن سلام من الطبقة الثامنة من الإسلاميين. ونعته الزبيدي بالفارسي، فلعله كان قد نزل بفارس. له (ديوان شعر) صغير، كانت منه نسخة عند البغدادي صاحب الخزانة. ذكرها في كلامه على بيتين له خاطب بهما لقيط بن زرارة في وقعة (رحرحان) وهو جبل قرب عكاظ. وكانت الوقعة قبل يوم جبلة بسنة، هذه كانت عام مولد النبي ﷺ أو بعده ببضع سنين.
