    عَرقَلَةِ الكَلبِيّ ٤٨٦ - ٥٦٧ هـ / ١٠٩٣ - ١١٧١ م حسان بن نمير بن عجل الكلبي أبو الندى. شاعر من الندماء، كان من سكان دمشق واتصل بالسلطان صلاح الدين الأيوبي فمدحه ونادمه ووعده السلطان بأن يعطيه ألف دينار إذا استولى على الديار المصرية، فلما احتلها أعطاه ألفين فمات فجأة قبل أن ينتفع بفجأة الغنى.
