عبد الله الشقراطسي ? - ٤٦٦ هـ / ? - ١٠٧٣ م عبد الله بن يحيى بن علي، أبو محمد الشقراطسي التوزري. فقيه مالكي، من الشعراء، ولد بتوزر، وعلمه أبوه، وسافر إلى القيروان، فأخذ على علمائها، ورحل إلى المشرق سنة ٤٢٩هـ وخاض معركة في قتال الفرنج بمصر، وعاد إلى توزر، فأفتى ودرس إلى أن توفي. له (تعليق على مسائل من المدونة) ، و (فضائل الصحابة) ، و (الإعلام بمعجزات النبي ﵇ ختمه بقصيدة له لامية تعرف بالشقراطسية أولها: الحمد لله منا باعث الرسل وقد عني أدباء إفريقية بشرحها وتخميسها وتشطيرها.
