طالب شرع الإسلام ? - ١٣٤٦ هـ / ? - ١٩٢٧ م طالب بن أسد بن جعفر المعروف بشرع الإسلام. ولد في النجف في أواخر القرن الثالث عشر من أسرة عرفت بالعلم والتقوى. كان كثير التنقل والترحال فقضى أكثر عمره متنقلاً بين نواحي شوشتر ودزفول ويقيم في ربوع آل كثير وآل سعد لهدايتهم وإرشادهم. كان كثير النظم، وله مجموعتان عند نجله الحسين، وكان جل شعره في مدح الأئمة ومدح الحسين.
