طالب البلاغي ? - ١٢٨٣ هـ / ? - ١٨٦٦ م طالب بن عباس بن إبراهيم بن حسين بن عباس بن حسن بن محمد علي البلاغي الربعي. عالم كبير، وشاعر معروف. ولد في النجف ونشأ بها، ودرس على أعلام عصره، وتفوق على أخدانه. كان ذكي القلب، حاد الذهن مرح النفس، شارك أقرانه في مساجلاتهم، ونهض مع أقرانه بالأدب العربي في القرن الثالث عشر الهجري. له شعر جيد.
