رفعت الصليبي ١٣٣٥ - ١٣٧٢ هـ / ١٩١٦ - ١٩٥٢ م رفعت بن سعيد الصليبي ولد في مدينة السلط من عائلة معروفة، فوالده كان أول نائب لأول مجلس تشريعي في الأردن ورئيساً لبلدية مدينة السلط. كان شاعراً مطبوعاً هادئ الشعر، لطيف العبارة، ناعم الغزل، ويشتمل شعره على الوطنية والحب، وقصائد النكبة الفلسطينية. كان رئيساً للندوة الأدبية في الأردن والتي كانت تضم نخبة الأدباء الأردنيين. قتل بطريق الخطأ بعيار ناري أصابه عندما كان يمارس الصيد، ولم يتجاوز السادسة والثلاثين من عمره، ودفن في مقبرة الجادور.
