أبو الحسن الكاتب ٣١٨ - ٤٠٨ هـ / ٩٣٠ - ١٠١٧ م محمد بن إسماعيل بن إسحاق يعرف بأبي الحسن الكاتب. من شعراء القيروان في القرن الخامس. ينتمي إلى بيت شعر وكتابة، كان أبوه من جلة أهل زمانه في الرياسة والكتابة وعلم الدواوين وابتداء الشعر، ونهل أبو الحسن من منهل والده فكان شاعراً جيد الخاطر ذلق اللسان مبرزاً بصناعة الشعر.
