    ١١٦١ - أم الكرام القرشية أم الكرام وقيل أم البهاء شهر آزرمية بنت أبي القاسم عبد الواحد بن عبد الواحد بن محمد بن الفاخر القرشي. أخت صاحبنا أبي أحمد معمر ابن عبد الواحد بن الفاخر المفيد من أهل أصبهان. سمعت الإمام أبا محمد رزق الله التميمي، وأبا جعفر منصور بن بكر بن محمد بن علي بن حيدر، وأبا الحسين لاحق ابن الأسكاف، وغيرهم. كتبت عنها بأصبهان شيئاً يسيراً بإفادة أخيها، وكتب إلي أخوها أن ولادتها في سنة ست وسبعين وأربعمئة. ووفاتها بعد سنة خمس وأربعين وخمسمئة.
