    ١١١٤ - أبو يعقوب الخويي أبو يعقوب يوسف بن طاهر بن يوسف بن الحسن الخويي الأديب من أهل خوي. أديب فاضل، وفقيه بارع، حسن السيرة، رقيق الطبع، مليح الشعر. كتب لي أجزاء من مجموعاته وشعره، وسمعتها منه، وكان قد سكن بنوقان طوس وولي نيابة القضاء بها، وحمدت سيرته في ذلك، وظني أنه قتل في وقعة الغز بطوس سنة تسع وأربعين وخمسمئة أو قبلها بيسير.
