    ١٠٩٥ - أبو بكر الصائغ أبو بكر لامع بن عبد الله بن علي الصائغ المعروف بالحكيم من أهل مرو. كان من المختصين بي، وسمع معي الحديث من جماعة مثل الإمام أبي يعقوب يوسف بن أيوب الهمذاني، والفقيه أبي طاهر محمد بن محمد بن عبد الله السنجي، وغيرهما. وكان راغباً في الخير، وصحبة العلماء، خفيفاً. سمعت منه حديثاً أو حديثين لغرابة اسمه. وكانت ولادته في حدود سنة خمسمئة. وتوفي يوم الخميس السابع من شهر رمضان سنة ثمان وأربعين وخمسمئة.
