٦٨٣ - أبو عبد الله الوراق أبو عبد الله محمد ابن أبي بكر أحمد بن محمد الوراق المقرئ من أهل هراة. إمام جامعها. كان شيخاً صالحاً، عفيفاً، سديد السيرة، سمع أبا إسماعيل عبد الله بن محمد الأنصاري، وأبا عطاء عبد الأعلى بن عبد الواحد المليحي الهرويين. كتبت عنه بهراة، وكانت ولادته في المحرم سنة اثنتين وسبعين وأربعمئة بهراة. وتوفي بها يوم الثلاثاء الثامن عشر من رجب سنة أربع وأربعين وخمسمئة.
