    ٦٦٣ - أبو سفيان السرخسي أبو سفيان محمد بن أحمد بن عبد الله بن العباس ابن أبي يحيى ابن أبي منصور بن عبد الله بن أحمد بن عبدوس العبدوسي السرخسي من أهل سرخس. من بيت العلم، والحديث، وكان شيخاً جليل القدر، بهي المنظر. سمع أبا منصور محمد بن عبد الملك بن علي المظفري وأبا عبد الله الحسين بن الحسن بن خلف الكاشغري، وأبا علي الحسن بن عليابن إسحاق الوزير، وغيرهم. سمعت منه بسرخس في سنة ثمان وعشرين. وكانت ولادته في سنة خمس وخمسين وأربعمئة. ومات يوم الاثنين العشرين من شهر ربيع الأول سنة ثمان وعشرين وخمسمئة بسرخس.
