    ٥٨٣ - أبو الحسن الفندروجي أبو الحسن علي بن نصر بن محمد بن عبد الصمد الفندروجي الأسفراييني الكاتب. وفندروجه قرية بنواحي نيسابور، سكن أسفرايين. وكان يرجع إلى فضل ومعرفة تامة باللغة والأدب، وخط، وبلاغة، وله شعرمليح، اختص بالوزير بن فخر الملك وصار كاتباً في ديوان السلطان. سمع بنيسابور عبد الغفار الشيروي، وغيره. لقيته بأسفرايين وكتبت عنه في المذاكرة شيئاً كثيراً، من الطرف والملح له ولغيره، وكانت ولادته في سنة تسع وثمانين وأربعمئة بنيسابور، وتوفي في حدود سنة خمسين وخمسمئة.
