    ٥٦٥ - أبو الحسن الأسبيجابي أبو الحسن علي بن محمد بن إسماعيل بن علي بن أحمد ابن محمد بن إسحاق الأسبيجابي السمرقندي المعروف بشيخ الإسلام من أهل سمرقند. وهو من أسبيجاب بلدة من ثغور الترك سكن سمرقند، وصار المفتي، والمقدم بها ولم يكن أحد بما وراء النهر في زمانه من يحفظ مذهب أبي حنيفة ويعرفه مثله، وظهر له الأصحاب والمختلفة، وعمر العمر الطويل في نشر العلم، وعز. سمع أبا علي الحسن بن علي بن أحمد بن الربيع بن شافع بن مؤمن السنكباثي. كتب إليالإجازة، وكانت ولادته يوم الاثنين من جمادى الأولى سنة أربع وخمسين وأربعمئة، وتوفي بسمرقند يوم الاثنين الثالث والعشرين من ذي القعدة سنة خمس وثلاثين وخمسمئة.
