    ٢٩٩ - أبو منصور البنسارقاني أبو منصور الطيب بن أبي سعيد بن الطيب البنسارقاني الخلال الصوفي من أهل مرو وبنسارقان إحدى قراها. كان شيخاً صالحاً، عفيفاً، حسن السيرة، كثير الخير والصدقة، شذا طرفاً من العلم على جدي الإمام، وسمع منه أكثر أماليه، ومن الأديب كامكار المحتاجي وغيرهما. سمعت منه مجالس من أمالي جدي الإمام أبي المظفرالسمعاني وغير ذلك. وسألته عن ولادته فقال: ولدت في سنة ست وستين وأربعمئة بمرو. وتوفي بهمذان قاصداً إلى حجته الثانية في شعبان سنة اثنتين وثلاثين وخمسمئة.
