    ٢٨٠ - أبو العلاء الخِدامي أبو العلاء صاعد بن علي بن زهير بن الحسن بن علي بن خدامابن محمد بن علي بن محمد بن خدام بن يحيى بن محمد بن الحسن بن خدام بن محمد بن غالب الخدامي، أخو الموفق من أهل سرخس. من بيت العلم والحديث. سمع جده أبا نصر زهير بن الحسن الخدامي. سمه منه الإمام والدي في صفر سنة ثمان وخمسمئة، والظاهر أنه أخذ عنه الإجازة، ولم أرها بعد. وكانت ولادته في سنة ست وأربعين وأربعمئة، وقرأت في سفينة للخدامية بلاكمالان، أن أبا العلاء صاعد ابن علي بن زهير الخدامي توفي يوم السبت الحادي عشر من شوال سنة ثمان عشرة وخمسمئة فجأة من غير مرض.
