    ٢٦٣ - أبو المظفر المارباناني أبو المظفر شبيب بن عبد الله بن محمد بن أحمد بن أحمد بن خوره المارباناني الأصبهاني من أهل ماربانان وهي قرية من قرى أصبهان على نصف فرسخ منها. شيخ صالح من أهل الخير. سمع أبا بكر أحمد الباطرقاني. سمعت منه جزءاً من حديث الباطرقاني بقريته، وقال: إنما سميت بشبيب وكنيت بأبي المظفر لأن أبا المظفر شبيباً مات ومضى والدي إلى جنازته ليصلي عليها، فلما رجع أخبر بأني ولدت فكناني بكنيته وسماني شبيباً، وكانت ولادته في شهر رمضان سنة إحدى وخمسين وأربعمئة بماربانان، وتوفي بها يوم الأربعاء في أواخر شهر رمضان سنة إحدى وثلاثين وخمسمئة
