٢١١ - أبو عبد الله الديوقاني أبو عبد الله رحمة الله بن عبد الرحمن بن الموفق بن أبي الفضل الحنفي الديوقاني من أهل ديوانجة إحدى قرى هراة.من بيت كبير. سمع أبا مضر محمد بن مضر بن بسطام الشامي. سمعت منه بديوانجة ومن أبيه بهراة. وتوفي بالديوقان من قرى هراة، يوم الخميس من ذي القعدة سنة خمسين وخمسمئة.
