١٤٥ - أبو القاسم الحسين بن محمد ابن المفرج الدواتي الكوفي الوقاياتي، أخو أبي الحسن هبة الله المعروف بأبن أبي الموهوب من أهل الكوفة. كان شيخاً، مستوراً، صالحاً. سمع طراد الزبيبي، وأبا علي محمد ابن محمد بن حمدان الخالدي الكوفي. كتبت عنه بالكوفة في النوبة الثانية، وكانت ولادته في سنة إحدى وثمانين وأربعمئة، ووفاته بعد سنة أربع وثلاثين وخمسمئة بالكوفة
