    ٧٨ - أبو الصفاء الكَرَجَي أبو الصفاء ثامر بن سعد بن ثامر بن علي الكرجي البلدي من أهل بلد الكرج. من أولاد المحدثين وجدّه ثامر من المعروفين بالرواية. سمع أباالحسن علي بن عبد الرحمن بن محمد السمنجاني. كتبت عنه شيئاً يسيراً بالكرج. وكان حسن الخط متميزاً، وكانت ولادته قبل سنة ثمانين وأربعمئة إن شاء الله. وبلغني وفاته أنها كانت ليلة الجمعة ودفن من يومها الخامس من ذي الحجة سنة ثمان وأربعين وخمسمئة.
