    ٤٢ - أبو سعد المِيْهَني أبو سعد أسعد بن سعيد بن أبي سعيد فضل الله بن أبي الخير أحمد بن محمد الميهني الصوفي. أخو أبي الفتح طاهر. كان من بيت التصوف وأهله، وكان شيخاً حريصاً على طلب الحديث راغباً في جمعه. سمع أباه أبا طاهر وجده أبا سعيد، وأبا سعيد محمد بن علي بن محمد الخشاب، وأبا عثمان سعيد بن محمد بن نعيم، وأباالقاسم القشيري، وأبا صالح المؤذن، وأبا الفضل محمد بن أحمد ابن أبي شعثم الحاكم، وكانت ولادته في أول يوم من ذي الحجة سنة أربع وخمسين وأربعمئة، ووفاته آخر يوم من شهر رمضان سنة سبع وخمسمئة. أنبانا أسعد كتابة.
