    ١٠ - أبو طاهر العقيقي أبو طاهر إسماعيل بن أحمد بن علي بن إسماعيل بن أحمد العقيقي المعروف بماه باره من أهل نيسابور. كان قد لابس الأمور الخطيرة والأعمال الجليلة ومارس الأحوال ثم تخير وترك الأشتغال، وكان مشتغلاً بقراءة القرآن والندامة على ما مضى وسلف. نهايته في وقعة الغزّ في سنة ثمان وأربعين بمرو، ورغبت في القراءة عليه فحضر مدرستي يوماً وقرأت عليه أوراقاً، وكانت ولادته بنيسابور في رجب سنة تسع وسبعين وأربعمئة. أنبأنا إسماعيل بن أحمد على باب دارنا بمرو وأنبأنا أبو العباس الفضل بن عبد الواحد الحنفي التاجر، أنبأنا أبو بكر الحرشي
