    [٨٨٩٩) (م د س) أبو المغلس: كالذي قبله - ميمون المكي. عن: أبي نجيح والد عبد الله. وعنه: ابن جريج. ذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات" كذا في "التذهيب" والظاهر أنه في أصله وقد راجعت "ثقات" ابن حبان فرأيته قال: ميمون بن أبى المغلس. يروى عن أبي نجيح وله صحبة، لا يعتبر بحديثه، وقد قيل: إن اسم أبي المغلس عمرو انتهى نصه.
