    أبو عمير - سيأتي. (١٠٤٧٨) - أبو عمير [د، س، ق] بن أنس بن مالك. عن عمومة له في ثبوت العيد بعد الزوال وصلاة العيد من الغد. لا يعرف إلا بهذا وبحديث آخر. تفرد عنه أبو بشر، قال ابن القطان: لم تثبت عدالته، وصحح حديثه ابن المنذر، وابن حزم، وغيرهما، فذلك توثيق له. فالله أعلم.(١٠٤٧٩) -
