    ٩٥٤٥ - يحيى بن صالح [خ، م، د، ت، ق] الوحاظى الحمصي الفقيه. من كبار العلماء. روى عن عفير بن معدان، وسعيد بن عبد العزيز، وفليح. وعنه البخاري، وأبو حاتم، وعلى بن محمد الجكانى (٢) ، وخلق. وثقة ابن معين، وغيره. وقال أبو حاتم: صدوق. وقال أحمد بن صالح المصري: حدثنا يحيى بن صالح بثلاثة عشر حدثنا عن مالك، ما وجدناها عند غيره. وقال أحمد بن حنبل: أخبرني محدث أن يحيى بن صالح قال: لو ترك أصحاب الحديث عشرة أحاديث - يعنى هذه التي في الرؤية. قال محمد: كأنه نزع إلى رأى جهم. وقال العقيلي: حمصي جهمى. مات سنة اثنتين وعشرين ومائتين.
