[ميزان الاعتدال (١/ ٥٣٥)]. • الحكم أبو خالد. عن الحسن. وعنه مروان بن معاوية. لا يعرف. وأظنه الحكم بن أبي خالد. وقد ذكر في التهذيب له ترجمة وأن مروان بن معاوية كان يروي عن الحكم بن ظهير فيقول الحكم بن أبي خالد ليخفي أمره. وهذا الكلام نقله ابن أبي خيثمة عن يحيى بن مَعِين.
