    ٢١٧٥ - الحكم بن سفيان [س] ، رجل من ثقيف، عن أبيه. روى عنه مجاهد في النضح بكف من ماء الفرج عند الوضوء، ماله غيره. وقد اضطرب فيه منصور، عن مجاهد ألوانا، فروى عنه شعبة فاضطرب أيضا فيه شعبة، فقال: خالد بن الحارث، عنه الحكم بن سفيان، عن أبيه، عن النبي ﷺ. وقال النضر بن شميل، عنه: سمعت رجلا من ثقيف اسمه الحكم - أو يكنى أبا الحكم - عن أبيه.وقال علي بن الجعد عنه في الخبر، عن رجل من ثقيف يقال له الحكم - أو أبو الحكم - أنه رأى النبي ﷺ توضأ، ثم أخذ حفنة من ماء. وقال معمر، عن منصور، عن مجاهد، عن سفيان بن الحكم - أو الحكم بن سفيان: عن النبي ﷺ أنه كان إذا توضأ [وفرغ] (١) أخذ كفا من ماء فنضح به فرجه.
