    ٢٣٣٣ - الحسن بن علي بن مالك، والد القاضي عمر بن الحسن الأُشْنَاني. روى عن عَمْرو بن عون وطبقته، وعنه ولدُه. قال ابن المنادي: به أدنى لِين، انتهى. وذكر ابن المنادي أنه توفي في جمادى الآخرة سنة ٢٧٨. قلت: وروى عنه أيضًا أبو عبد الله بن بُجَير، وأبو علي أحمد بن الفضل بن خُزيمة، وآخرون.
