[ميزان الاعتدال (١/ ٤٣٢)]. • حرب بن هلال. ويقال: ابن عُبَيد الله. عن خال له في العشور. قال البخاري: لا يتابع عليه. انتهى. وقال ابن حبان في (الثقات): حرب بن هلال الثقفي روى، عَن أبي أمامة، وعنه عطاء بن السائب، ثم قال حرب بن عُبَيد الله عن خال له، وعنه عطاء بن السائب. كذا جعله رجلين وهو واحد اختلف على عطاء بن السائب فيه وحرب بن عُبَيد الله من رجال التهذيب وقد ذكر أنه اختلف في السند على عطاء بن السائب.
