٦٢٤ - مالك بن أوس بن الحدثان أحد بني نصر بن معاوية بن بكر بن هوزان بن منصور بن عكرمة بن خصفة بن قيس بن عيلان بن مضر. يقولون إنه ركب الخيل في الجاهلية وكان قديما ولكنه تأخر إسلامه. ولم يبلغنا أنه رأى النبي ﵇. ولا روى عنه شيئا. وقد روى عن عمر بن الخطاب وعثمان بن عفان. ومات بالمدينة سنة اثنتين وسبعين.
