٤٢٩ - عثمان بن عبد غنم بن زهير بن أبي شداد بن ربيعة بن هلال بن مالك بن ضبة بن الحارث بن فهر بن مالك. وكان هشام بن محمد يقول في كتاب النسب: هو عامر بن عبد غنم ويكنى أبا نافع. وأمه بنت عبد عوف بن عبد بن الحارث بن زهرة عمة عبد الرحمن بن عوف. وكان له من الولد نافع وسعيد وأمهما برزة بنت مالك بن عبيد الله بن شهاب بن عبد الله بن الحارث بن زهرة. وكان قديم الإسلام بمكة وهاجر إلى أرض الحبشة في الهجرة الثانية في رواية موسى بن عقبةومحمد بن إسحاق وأبي معشر ومحمد بن عمر. ومات بعد ذلك ولا عقب له.
