١٦٦ - عبد الله بن قيس بن خالدة بن الحارث بن سواد بن مالك بن غنم. وكان له من الولد عبد الرحمن وعميرة وأمهما سعاد بنت قيس بن مخلد بن الحارث بن سواد بن مالك بن غنم. وأم عون بنت عبد الله ولا نعرف أمها. وشهد عبد الله بن قيس بدرا واحدا. وذكر عبد الله بن محمد بن عمارة الأنصاري أنه قتل يوم أحد شهيدا. وقال محمد بن عمر: لم يقتل يوم أحد وقد بقي وشهد مع النبي المشاهد. وتوفي في خلافة عثمان بن عفان. ﵁. وليس له عقب.
