٧٠ - عبد الله بن مظعون بن حبيب بن وهب بن حذافة بن جمح وأمه سخيلة بنت العنبس بن وهبان بن وهب بن حذافة بن جمح. ويكنى أبا محمد. قال: أخبرنا محمد بن عمر قال: أخبرنا محمد بن صالح عن يزيد بن رومان قال: أسلم عبد الله وقدامة ابنا مظعون قبل دخول رسول الله ﷺ دار الأرقم وقبل أن يدعو فيها. قالوا: وهاجر عبد الله بن مظعون إلى أرض الحبشة الهجرة الثانية في روايتهم جميعا. وآخى رسول الله ﷺ بين عبد الله بن مظعون وسهل بن عبيد الله بن المعلى الأنصاري. وشهد عبد الله بن مظعون بدرا وأحدا والخندق والمشاهد كلها مع رسول الله ﷺ ومات سنة ثلاثين في خلافة عثمان بن عفان. وهو ابن ستين سنة.
