    ١٤٤١ - وأبو سَلَّام الحَبَشي مَمْطُور الأسود (¬٢). رُبَّما ظَنَّ مَنْ سَمِع هذا أنَّ أبا سَلام مِنْ الحَبَشَة، وليس كذلك على ما ذكر يحيى بن معين. (١٢١٧) أخبرني عبد الله بن يحيى السُكَّري، أخبرنا محمد بن عبد الله الشافعي، حدثنا جعفر بن محمد بن الأَزْهَر، حدثنا ابن الغَلَّابي، قال: قال أبو زَكريا يحيى بن مَعِيْن (¬٣): زيد بن سَلَّام بن أبي سلَّام، وأبو سَلَّام: مَمْطُور الحَبَشِي حَيٌّ مِنْ حِمْيَر.
