    ١١٤٧ - وحُمَيد بن قَطَن القَيْسِي السَمَّان البصري (¬٤). حدث عن سليمان التَّيْمِي. روى عنه أبو العباس الكُدَيْمِي. (٩٢٩) أخبرنا الحسن بن أبي بكر، ومحمد بن عُمَر النَرْسِي، وعثمان ابن محمد العلَّاف، قالوا: أخبرنا محمد بن عبد الله الشافعي، حدثنا محمدابن يونس، حدثنا حُميد بن قَطَن القَيْسِي السَمَّان، حدثنا سُليمَان التَّيْمي، عن أبي صالح، عن أبي هريرة، قال: قال رسولُ الله ﷺ: «أُمِرتُ أن أُقَاتِل الناسَ حتى يقولوا لا إله إلا الله، فإذا قَالُوها عَصَمُوا مِنِّي دِمائَهم وأَمْوالَهم إلا بحَقِّها، وحِسابُهُم على الله تعالى» (¬١).
