    ٩٤٦ - والعَبَّاسُ بن أحمدَ بن عَقِيْلٍ أبو الفَضْل البَغْدَادي (¬١). حدث عن منصُور بن أبي مُزاحِم، والحُسَين بن حُرَيْث المَرْوَزِي. روى عنه أبو القَاسِم الطَّبَراني، ومَخْلَد بن جَعْفر، وغيرهما. (٧٤٠) أخبرنا أبو طاهر محمد بن علي بن محمد بن يوسف الوَاعِظ، حدثنا مَخْلَد بن جَعْفَر بن مَخْلد الدَقَّاق، حدثنا العباس بن أحمد بن عَقِيل أبو الفَضْل البَزَّاز، حدثنا منصور بن أبي مُزَاحِم، حدثنا أبو سَعِيد المُؤَدِّب، عن الرَبيع بن صُبَيْح، عن الحَسَن البَصْرِي، عن عَلِيٍّ، عن النبي ﷺ، قال: «صَلاةُ الوُسْطَى صَلاة العَصْر».
