    ٨٨٦ - وعَبِيْدَة الخُزَاعِي (¬٢). حدث عن وائِل بن دَاود. روى عنه أبو داود الطَيَالِسِي. (٦٩٢) أخبرنا يوسف بن رَبَاح بن علي البَصْري، أخبرنا أحمد بن محمد بن إسماعيل المُهَنْدِس -بمصر- حدثنا أحمد بن محمد بن جَرِير، حدثنا نَصَّار بن حَرْب، حدثنا أبو داود، حدثنا عَبِيْدَةُ الخُزَاعِي، عن وائل بن دَاوُد، عن أبي خُفَافٍ، عن مَسْرُوق، قال: ما غَبطتُ شيئًا بِشَيءٍ كَمُؤمِنٍ أَمِنَ عَذابَ اللهِ تعالى واسْتراح مِنْ الدُنيا (¬٣).
