(٣٧٠) أخبرنا أبو الحَسَن محمد بن الحُسَين بن حَمْدُون القَاضِي بِبَعْقُوبا، أخبرنا عُبَيد الله بن أحمد بن علي المُقْرِئ، حدثنا أحمد بن محمد بن سَعِيد، قال: حدثني محمد بن عُتبة الكِنْدي، حدثنا موسى بن رِيَاب الزَيَّات، حدثنا ابن نُمَيْر، عن فُضَيْل بن غَزْوَان، عن عَاصِم، عن شَقِيْق، عن زِرٍّ، عن عبد الله، قال: قال رسولُ الله ﷺ: «نَبِيذُ الزَبِيْب حَرَام». في كتابه: في موضع مَرْفُوع ومَوْضِع موقوف. أظن هذا كلام ابن سعيد، والله أعلم. وأما الثالث: مثل الأول إلا أنه بتشديد الباء الأولى فهو:
