(٢٠٠) أخبرنا الحسن بن أبي بَكْر، أخبرنا عبد الله بن إسحاق البَغَوي، أخبرنا علي بن عبد العزيز، حدثنا أبو عُبَيْد (¬٣) قال: حَدَّثني قَبِيْصَة، عن سُفْيَان، عن عِيسى بن أبي عَزَّة قال أبو عُبَيْدٍ: قال غَيرُ قَبِيْصَةَ: هو عِيْسى بن المُغِيْرة الحَرَامِي قال: سَألتُ الشَعْبي عن شِرَاء أَرْضِ الخَرَاج فقال: ما أقول أَنه ربًا ولا آمُرُ به.
