    ٢٦٧ - أبو سُلَيْمَان الخَبَّاط الحِجَازِي (¬١). حدث عن أبي هُرَيْرة. روى عنه يزيد بن عِيَاض بن جُعْدُبَة. (١٨٨) أخبرنا القاضي أبو بكر الحِيْرِي، حدثنا محمد بن يعقوب الأَصَم، أخبرنا محمد بن عبد الله بن عبد الحَكَم، أخبرنا ابنُ وَهْبٍ، أخبرني يَزيدُ بن عِيَاض، عن أبي سُلَيمَان الخَبَّاط، عن أبي هُرَيْرة، ورَأى رَجُلًا يُعَلِّم رَجُلًا مِنْ أَهْل البَادِية في سِلْعَة قدم (¬٢) أبوهُرَيرة فقال أبو هُرَيرة: «وَيْحَك، اتْرُكْه، رَشَدَ أو غَوَى».
