    ٢٤٠ - وحُيَيُّ بن أبي نُعْم (¬٣). شَامِيٌّ أيضًا، حدث عن شَيْخ مَنْ طيِّيء لم يُسَمه. روى عنه بَقِيَّةُ بن الوَلِيد. (١٦٨) أخبرنا أبو الحَسَن محمدُ بنُ عبد الوَاحِد بن محمد بن جَعْفَر، أخبرنا عُمَر بن محمد بن عَلِي النَاقِد، حدثنا أحمد بن الحسن بن عبد الجَبَّار الصُوفِي، حدثنا الحَكَمُ بن موسى، حدثنا بَقِيَّةُ قال: حدثني حُيَيُّ بن أبي نُعْمٍ، عن شَيْخٍ مِنْ طَيّيء قال: نهى رسولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يَسْتَنْجِيَ الرَجُلُ قَائِمًا. والثاني: لا شيء فيه.
