    ٢٢١ - والنَّمِر بن جِدَار الكُوفِي (¬٤). حدث عن يَحْيَى بن يَعْلى الأَسْلَمي. روى عنه محمد بن عثمان بن أبي شَيْبَة العَبْسِي. (١٥٨) أخبرنا الحَسَن بن الحُسَين بن العباس النِعَالِي، أخبرنا سعد بن محمد بن إسحاق الصَّيْرَفي، حدثنا محمد بن عثمان بن أبي شَيْبَة، حدثنا يحيى بن عبد الحَميد الحِمَّاني، والنَّمِر بن جِدَار قالا: حدثنا يَحْيَى بن يَعْلىالأَسْلَمي، عن أيوب بن موسى، عن عِكرمة، عن ابن عَبَّاسٍ قال: سُئِل رَسولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ العَبد يُزَوِّجُه سِيِّدُه، بِيَدِ مَنْ الطَّلاق؟ قال: «بِيَدِ الذِي أَخَذَ بالسَّاق» (¬١).
