    ٤٨ - أبو حَلِيْمَة، والد عَبَّاد (¬١). حدث عن العَوَّام بن حَوْشَب. روى عنه ابنُه عَبَّاد. (٤١) أخبرنا عبد الرحمن بن عُبَيد الله بن عبد الله الحَرْبي، حدثنا حَمْزة ابن محمد بن العَبَّاس الدِهْقَان، حدثنا محمد بن يُونُس، حدثنا عَبَّاد بن أبي حَلِيْمَة، حدثنا أبي، حدثنا العَوام بن حَوْشَب، عن حَبِيْب بن أبي ثابت، عن ابن عُمَرَ قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: «إنَّ أَهْلَ الدَّرجَاتِ العُلى لَيُنظَرُ إليهم من أَسْفَل مِنهم كمَا ينظر أَحَدُكُم إلى الكَوْكَب الدُّرِّي الغَابِر في أُفُق مِنْ آفَاق السماء، وإن أبا بكرٍ وعُمَرَ لَمِنهُم وأَنْعَمَا» (¬٢).
