    ١٩١٧ - السَّائبُ بن عُمَيْر (د ع) السَّائبُ بن عُمَيْر الأزْدِي، قال إِسماعيل بن محمد بن سعد، عن حُمَيْد بن عبد الرحمن بن عوف أنه أخبره السائب بن يزيد بن أخت نَمِر، عن العلاء بن الحضرمي قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: يمكث المهاجر بعد قضاء نسكه ثلاث ليال. قال ابن إسماعيل: وأمر رسول اللَّه السائب بن عمير القَاري إن مات سعد بن خولة فلا يقبر بمكة، وأراد بنو عبد اللَّه بن عمر أن يخرجوه من مكة فمنعهم عبد اللَّه بن خالد، وقال: قد حضره الناس. أخرجه ابن منده، وأبو نعيم، وأخرجا الحديث المذكور، عن السائب بن أخت نَمِر، عن العلاء،
