    ١٣٢٢ - حية بن حايس (س) حيَّة بن حَابِس التَّمِيمِي. أَورده ابن أَبي عاصم وغيره في الصحابة، إلا أنهما ذكراه بالباء المعجمة بواحدة، وهو بالياء. أخبرنا أبو الفضل بن أبي الحسن الطبري الفقيه الشافعي، بإسناده إلى أبي يعلى الموصلي، حدثنا أحمد بن إبراهيم الدَّوْرَقي، أخبرنا عبد الصمد بن عبد الوارث، عن حرب بن شداد، عن يحيى بن أبي كثير، قال: حدثني حية بن حابس التميمي، قال: سمعت رسول اللَّه ﷺ يقول: لا شيء في الهام، والعين حق، وأصدق الطيرة الفَألُ. كذا في هذه الرواية، ورواه عبد اللَّه بن رجاء، عن حرب، فقال: عن حية، عن أبيه، عن النبي ﷺ. وكذلك رواه علي بن المبارك، عن يحيى، وهو الصواب. أخرجه أبو موسى.
