    ١٢٤٠ - حُلَيْس بن زَيْد (س) حُلَيْس بن زَيْد بن صَفْوان بن صَباح بن طَرِيف بن زَيد بن عامر بن ربيعة بن كعب بن ربيعة بن ثعلبة بن سعيد بن ضَبَّة الضبي. قال أبو موسى: ذكر سيف بن عمر، فيما قاله ابن شاهين، أنه وفد على النبي ﷺ بعد وفادة أخيه: الحارث بن زيد بن صفوان، فمسح النبي ﷺ وجه الحليس، ودعا له بالبركة وقال: إني أظْلُم فأنتصر، فقال: العفو أحق ما عمل به. قال: وأحسد وأكافئ، قال: ومن يطيق مكافأة أهل النعم؟، ومن حسد الناس لم يُشْفَ غيْظُه. أخرجه أبو موسى.
